INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP MEDIATION
Mediation helps people who don’t see eye to eye, to sort out their differences as quickly as possible, and so minimise distress and cost.
It can happen in any workplace and +1 understands the nature of workplace conflict, is able to identify when internal workplace mediation is appropriate and will manage the mediation process effectively and confidently. Resolving issues before they get to the point of breakdown is extremely important and an 'honest conversation' or a 'mediated' solution can be more appropriate than a formal procedure.
Formal procedures may not be appropriate for resolving these issues and if matters end up going to an employment tribunal, this can be time consuming, expensive and stressful for everyone involved.
